Is responsible play actually possible in social casinos?

I became interested in this topic because I have been playing for a long time and have noticed that I sometimes spend more time in social casinos than planned. Usually, when this happens, I try to stop, go for a walk with friends, or do something else. Recently, however, I came across a very accurate guide from Fortunecoins about Social Casino Responsible Play, and many of the points resonated with me. I love tournaments, and the advice not to succumb to the pressure of ratings was great. I recently participated in the Fortune Spin Sprint and took 9th place. I was a little upset at first but then remembered the guide and let it go. Now, I'm wondering: Is it possible to adhere 100% to responsible gaming in a social casino? What do you think?

I think 100% adherence is ideal, but it's definitely deserve striving for. I also found myself chasing the leaderboards. After that, I started taking tournaments more lightly. When you perceive them as bonuses rather than goals, the games become much more relaxed. By the way, how did you do in the Fortune Spin Sprint? It seems to me that the fortunecoins really rained down on you this time.
