Hey guys, I've been hitting the gym pretty hard lately with these heavy squat and deadlift blocks, and my knees plus elbows are starting to complain more than usual. You know how it goes—pushing through volume feels great until the joints remind you they're not invincible. Curious what you've all noticed with different injectables for actual joint support during those brutal training phases. Like, does one stand out more for keeping things lubed and less achy, or is it mostly hype? A couple years back I tweaked my shoulder bad enough that even light presses hurt for weeks, so anything that might help bounce back faster would be awesome to hear about.
