Hi, has anyone been diagnosed with ADHD? I've been noticing more and more that I can't hold my attention for long, constantly getting distracted, forgetting important things. Thought it was just stress or fatigue, but the further away I get, the harder it is to cope. I've read that through the NHS an assessment can take months and I'd like it quicker. That said, I don't want anyone at work or in the family to know until I get it sorted out myself. I wonder if there is an option to do everything anonymously and without a long wait?
